EVS Designs offers a 30 day return policy with 100% money back guarantee on ALL STOCK LISTED ITEMS in case you are not happy with the purchase. Custom special orders are sold with no accepted returns as I cannot resell to the next person due to exact specific custom requirements. In the event a person is attempting to defraud EVS Designs during the purchasing/return process, EVS Designs will void any transaction attempt and/or return for credit attempt. We reserve the right to protect our entity from fraudulent situations.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING: We ship to all countries that can receive precious metals and gemstones. Please provide us with a local phone number for delivery. You will be responsible for paying the duty fee (government tax) when receiving the item. Typical tax can range from 14.9% in Canada/Mexico to 23% (Western Europe / United Kingdom, etc). Please verify your country duty before purchasing so there are no surprises. EVS Designs is not responsible for this added fee. Your government wants their piece of the pie too!
